Ah where do I begin? Josh demonstrated patience and knowledge throughout my entire purchasing process. There were quite a few bumps I encountered from start to finish and Josh never skipped a beat. He promised we'd get my loan done, and we did. His transparency during the process is also worth noting. I would absolutely recommend Josh for home lending services to anyone!
