Josh was a constant professional that helped our family find an amazing house. He was always available to help us with any of our questions and was well versed on both the immediate and local area. He was by far the best realtor that we have ever had and I would strongly suggest him to anyone moving to south east Georgia. Josh was an exceptional realtor! He went above, & beyond what a realtor would normally do. He answered my unending questions, as I was handling the sale of our home while my husband worked out of state, even offered to help move boxes, & even load the moving truck! He was always extremely helpful, & very understanding about our wishes to show the house when we could take our senior dog out, because she was very anxious.
