Josh represented the sellers of a property my wife and I purchased. He was very professional and very helpful every step of the way to get us to a prompt closing. Out of everyone involved (attorneys, title, mortgage company), Josh was the best prepared and best communicator by far. He even brought us a bottle of my wife’s favorite tequila at closing and remembered her favorite from a brief mention of it months prior! A great experience!
