When dealing with Josh he is honest and concise. I feel like he is always looking out for what suits me best financially. Unfortunately I already have a mortgage and am not looking to buy/sell but if I do I'll definitely call Josh. I took off 1 star for making me rethink my current mortgage in retrospect.
