I do (not) like Josh. After just a few sessions I am letting go of people who do not need to be in my life (rather easily), tackling cleaning projects I've been studiously avoiding for at least ten years (without a fuss and of my own volition... on a SUNDAY no less), and I no longer cry when trying to eat. I found Josh when I was in search of Hypnotherapy. I recognized the many blocks I had to healing that were keeping me from making progress that I wanted and needed. I think most people agree that traditional talk therapy over years can be frustrating when you need relief in a reasonable amount of time. Josh is a great listener with the experience to get that relief! I feel the changes and evidence I am moving in the right direction.
Josh has been a Godsend! We’ve only had three sessions so far, and I feel so much more relaxed and comfortable. It’s surprising that we haven’t even started hypnotherapy yet! What sets Josh apart from the rest is that he creates a safe space for you to share your feelings. The more open and honest you are, the more he can help you. The bottom line is this guy has your back, and I wholeheartedly recommend him.
