Josh has been a Godsend! We’ve only had three sessions so far, and I feel so much more relaxed and comfortable. It’s surprising that we haven’t even started hypnotherapy yet! What sets Josh apart from the rest is that he creates a safe space for you to share your feelings. The more open and honest you are, the more he can help you. The bottom line is this guy has your back, and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I’ve been trying to get to the root of my issue for many years. I felt inconsistent mentally and emotionally with different triggers driving my ups and downs. Only three sessions and over a month testing period I am feeling a lot of stability, calmness and patience through some pretty strong traditionally triggering scenarios. Extremely happy and excited that I found Josh as a person as well as a therapist/practitioner. So grateful!
I’m only 2 sessions in but I can honestly say I’m looking forward to the rest of them. I’ve never tried hypnotherapy before and was honestly really nervous. Josh is great at setting the atmosphere and making you feel comfortable. The experience I have had with Josh has been nothing short of amazing! I’m thankful I found him.
