Mitzy was great for my first 2 hair color appointments, and then she became inconsistent. For my 3rd appointment, she called me 30 mins before and asked to push my appointment back one hour from 10am to 11am. Come to find out, she was partying all night and was very hungover. For my 4th and final appointment, she cancelled 15 minutes prior to appointment time and sounded very out of it, like drunk or high. I was already on my way driving to the appointment. I had, Jessica and she was amazing from start to finish, she really listens and is present and listens to your hair wants but gives suggestions, she even offered to let me finish my drink and not feel rushed, the owner josh is a sweetheart too, they really welcome you. If I could give 10 stars 🌟 I would!!!
