My husband and I sold our second house and used Josh as a realtor and WOW! Phenomenal. A realtor we worked with in the past didn’t provide anywhere close to the level of enthusiasm and dedication that Josh showed throughout the whole home process. We had to sell our home fairly quickly due to life events and Josh made me feel that we were a priority. He answered and explained all of our questions and never made me feel silly for discussing options with him. He is the best and definitely the only realtor I truly recommend.
Oakley went above and beyond to get my home prepared to be sold and to make sure that the sale went without any delay after I had already moved out of state. Just one example is that he came and mowed my lawn so that way it would look presentable for the final walk through. He also listed and was able to have my home under contract within a matter of days!
