I’ve been working with Alicia at Base Camp and have been very happy. She has given unique and challenging exercises and I’ve been making progress with my intentional Achilles tendinopathy.
I worked with the team at Base Camp to rehab small rotator cuff tares. With their guidance I was able to strengthen my shoulder and get back to swimming.
My son is facing a steep up hill battle after a shoulder surgery set him back from playing his favorite sport, baseball. After just 6 visits my son feels a whole lot better. He has hope because of BaseCamp
I've had amazing results working with Josh. I'm a sprinter and have had issues pulling muscles over the past few years. Josh figured out what the root cause of it all was and created a super useful plan to strengthen my weak points and keep me on the track. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BaseCamp PT!
I have had the absolute pleasure of stumbling upon Basecamp and getting to work with their amazing team.
