I’ve been working with Alicia at Base Camp and have been very happy. She has given unique and challenging exercises and I’ve been making progress with my intentional Achilles tendinopathy.
I worked with the team at Base Camp to rehab small rotator cuff tares. With their guidance I was able to strengthen my shoulder and get back to swimming.
