Not sure why Josh has 5 star ratings. Here is my honest review: we were promised that the trash from renovation would be picked up before moving in, we ended up having to move 9 bags of huge trash ourselves when we moved in. We had in our contract that the plumbing would work correctly and drain, it wasn’t working right when we moved in, Josh talked to the previous company and hired a plumber.
