Josh was and is a huge disappointment. Would not at all recommend him. Transferred a relative's account soon after she died and then was completely unhelpful. "My bad" is his line. Do NOT use him as a financial advisor. Have already complained to Ameriprise about him, but doubt they will do anything because they are equally as foul.
