Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr.Shajan taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options.
Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Shajan was thorough and listened to and addressed all my concerns. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I waited over a half hour after my appointment time to be called in by the nurse. Dr. Shajan was in within 5 minutes after the preliminary things were done. Even with the initial delay, I don’t feel like I was rushed at all which I appreciate.
I had an exceptional visit with Dr. Shajan and his compassionate team. Despite testing positive for the flu, my recovery journey was made smoother thanks to their attentive care. Dr. Shajan promptly responded to my concerns even after starting the prescribed medication, reassuring me that my symptoms were within the expected range.
