I brought my dad in to have some estate paperwork done including two quit claim deeds and three transfer on death deeds, and we had a great experience. I hired Josh to probate my Dad's estate after he passed last year in Cookson with no will. Josh gave me an 'estimated cost' of $3500 to $4000 with a ceiling of $4000 'all in' provided there were no 'complications' i.e. another family member contesting probate or any issues with creditors.
