I never get a chance to talk to the main listing agent, Josh. Brad did get back to me but provided very little information. I made an unconditional offer towards the high end of the quotation range. Unfortunately neither had the courtesy to reply my messages nor returned my phone calls, and only called after I contacted the agency partner. The level of communication should really improve to be worthy of the reputation you already have.

Amazing! Josh is a very enthusiastic, motivated & easy to talk to young man who above all works for the vendor. He has an excellent knowledge of the industry. He & his talented team did a first class job of videoing & presenting our home. The feedback he provided was prompt & regular. Josh and Brad were incredible from the appraisal to settlement date. We had plenty of real estate agents in Launceston come and do appraisals. Josh just had so much passion and drive to sell our house. The result speaks for itself. Josh and Brad sold our house in 4 days! We were very pleased with their constant communication, tailored service and friendly nature. We would use them again in a heartbeat! Josh is an extremely professional agent who well and truly knows his stuff. His communication skills are second to none. He did an excellent job and we could not have asked for more.
