We had Josh and Nav represent us with the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. The video of our house was amazing adding dollars to the sale price. Josh and Nav were always close at hand if we had any questions and were very supportive through the whole process. We can confidently recommend Josh and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I never get a chance to talk to the main listing agent, Josh. Brad did get back to me but provided very little information. I made an unconditional offer towards the high end of the quotation range. Unfortunately neither had the courtesy to reply my messages nor returned my phone calls, and only called after I contacted the agency partner. The level of communication should really improve to be worthy of the reputation you already have.

Josh and Brad were incredible from the appraisal to settlement date. We had plenty of real estate agents in Launceston come and do appraisals. Josh just had so much passion and drive to sell our house. The result speaks for itself. Josh and Brad sold our house in 4 days! We were very pleased with their constant communication, tailored service and friendly nature. We would use them again in a heartbeat!
