Switched to this office after being accused of selling Marijuana by Brad Linnell. I've been happy for years with the great price, service and coverage. The office seems to be lacking as of late, and Josh really needs to make a change or better help.
Great agent and the best staff
Josh and his staff have always provided prompt and professional services. I find Josh knowledgeable about our policies and helpful whenever I have had a question or needed help. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends.
Josh seems absent and they are severely understaffed. I have frequently had phone calls unanswered, they had excuses every time and trying to get a hold of Josh is seemingly impossible. The one time I did talk to him he didn’t call me back when he said he was going to. One day I went there and there was one woman in the office answering phones for two separate State Farm agencies and she was the only person there. No wonder why half the time I called my phone calls still get answered.
