I know I'm a little late for this review. Last summer I had a very complicated ear surgery (Osia 2 Implantation) that Dr. Dixon performed after numerous past procedures had failed to correct my problem (A 15 year problem at the minimum) -- I was desolate until I met Dr. Dixon. It was literally life-changing for me and I can't commend this man and his team enough. We think Dr. Dixon is the best. After my son had some sort of freaky complication and ended up in UAB, he returned to Dr. Dixon because he had trust in him. My son is 21 and only ended up at UAB because it was close to his college. The whole time, he felt that the ENT at UAB wasn’t listening and knew he would be heard back in Pensacola. We appreciate everything Dr. Dixon has done for us and yes he called and checked on us when he was admitted at UAB.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Dixon. He was able to see me right away, taking time out of his busy schedule to ensure I received the care I needed. His phenomenal bedside manner made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. He promptly called in my medications to my preferred pharmacy, making the process seamless. Great Surgeon, with a great personality. I had two procedures done to my nose back in November, both are healing nicely. I would highly recommend him to any family or friend.
Dr. Dixon and his staff are nothing short of amazing. He led our family in prayer before my surgery. Found the cancer, and will follow up with me after I beat it. He's probably the best ENT in Pensacola.Merry Christmas dr. Dixon and staff.
