We have used Josh for three sales/purchases and could not have asked for someone better!! Josh is knowledgeable and up to speed with a changing market, provides plenty of data during consultation, allowing us to be more than confident he had our best interest in mind. Cannot recommend him enough!!
Josh was fantastic and easy to work with! He provided timely and helpful communication, responded quickly to our questions and kept us in the loop at all times. My husband and I didn't quite see eye to eye in the beginning of our housing search and Josh helped us navigate what we were really wanting and looking for. He took a stressful time and made it very easy to understand, far less stressful and fun! Josh went above and beyond, I would recommend him and use him if we need a realtor again!

After months of hard work renovating our home, Josh was able to help us sell our home for the full asking price that we desired.
