Started off as a good relationship. Due to severe mobility issues i had to reschedule several times. I never no showed and gave advance notice. He not only dismissed me as a patient he banned me from seeing anyone at the mid city mall location. What a petty little man.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Bentley because I have upcoming travel and started feeling ill. He is in the same practice group as my PCP who wasn’t available. I waited for 20 minutes and was told the doctor was locked out of his computer and couldn’t see me and suggested I got to an ICC. I would have done that at 8:00 am when I called to get the appointment instead of waiting another 2+ hours. At the ICC, there were eye rolls when I explained what happened with Dr. Bentley. Dr. Bentley is a good doctor, attentive, and professional. The staff is ridiculously horrid, incompetent, and rude. I'm shocked anyone would still subject themselves to the inept and immature behavior of the staff. Trust me, don't waste your time or money with the circus full of monkeys in this office.
