Great HVAC company! The technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained the issue. The repair was done quickly and at a fair price, with no pressure or upselling. Everything has been working perfectly since. Reliable, honest, and easy to work with — highly recommend.

Paid $645 for a 10 minute house visit to diagnose a furnace issue. The tech lacked a basic understanding heat pump technology, and didn’t get the information required to complete the diagnostic. Sent no information, diagnosis, or documentation. Manager followed up to book a second visit, and expected to be paid another $600 for a second diagnostic.
