Excellent service from JOSETH CORP. The team was professional, on time, and fixed my AC quickly. Fair pricing and great customer service. Highly recommended for A/C repair and maintenance.
Paid $645 for a 10 minute house visit to diagnose a furnace issue. The tech lacked a basic understanding heat pump technology, and didn’t get the information required to complete the diagnostic. Sent no information, diagnosis, or documentation. Manager followed up to book a second visit, and expected to be paid another $600 for a second diagnostic.
