Paid $645 for a 10 minute house visit to diagnose a furnace issue. The tech lacked a basic understanding heat pump technology, and didn’t get the information required to complete the diagnostic. Sent no information, diagnosis, or documentation. Manager followed up to book a second visit, and expected to be paid another $600 for a second diagnostic. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jose HVAC. Despite scheduling multiple appointments, Jose never showed up to fix my split unit. Even worse, he completely ignored my phone calls and texts. It's impossible to trust someone to fix your HVAC when they can't even bother to answer a phone call or reply to a text. He seems like the type of person who would take your money and then disappear without completing the job. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for reliable HVAC services. Taking my business elsewhere.
