Josephson's has an excellent selection of high quality frames and their customer service is outstanding. I am difficult to fit and at times need multiple frame adjustments and these are done in a 'no problem' professional friendly manner. Josephson is simply the best place to buy glasses. The selection of frames is beautiful and the lenses are crystal clear. The staff go to great lengths to make sure you are happy and the glasses fit comfortably. I have bought through other locations in the past but particularly impressed with the customer service at this location. Thank you for the great experience.
I came in with a very specific request, for a small screw for a favourite pair of sunglasses. The woman who helped me said to hang on and she would see what she could do. 10 minutes later she came out with the arm attached and she'd found the screw. She didn't have to go spend time, she offered them back and said it was no big deal. It was and I appreciate her time, her effort and her kindness.
I had a fantastic experience getting new Lindberg frames at Josephson and am super grateful to Moon, Sharon, and Vivian for all their help!
