The staff at Joseph’s Tailoring were very professional, kind, and took our concerns into special detail as I had them tailor my wedding dress. The dress required services from the master tailor and he did an excellent job on my dress with a quick turn around. I will 100% recommend them to others and seek their services if warranted in the future.
I brought my husband Jacket to Joseph Alterations Thursday August 20th and they fixed it for me less than 5 minutes My first time visiting there it was awesome I really Appreciate the good customer service y'all definitely get five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Joseph’s did a great job on repairing several pieces of leather upholstery and pillowcases. Timely, efficient and highly professional and cost effective. Definitely will use them again for my tailoring needs.
They are very nice and accommodating. But the service is expensive and the hems they have done for me keep falling. If I take them back they will fix it for free but this was a third time that happened and I don’t have time to keep fixing this. This is unfortunate since I like them personally but I hem most of my pants bc I am short and I never had these continuous issues.
