I went to Joseph’s for the first time in September 2025. I got highlights done with Joseph. He was pretty quick and I loved the result. More blonde than I expected but I really like it. A bit pricey though. All in all a positive experience.
I’ve been booking my appointments with Hassan for many years, always well in advance. But almost every time, I end up being told — only when I call to confirm my appointment — that Hassan won’t be coming that day. And strangely, whenever I decide to go ahead with someone else, Hassan does show up the same day. This hasn’t happened once or twice — it’s a pattern. It really feels unprofessional.
