Feedback systems for maintenance requests are not synced up well. THe plus is that there is a ticketing system that can be accessed through the resident portal. However it appears that as soon as a ticket is reviewed the default approach is to mark "work completed" which means that everything always looks great on paper but maintenance is not complete in actuality!
I can only give this company five stars as of this morning. We are under new direct management, and the woman in the office is not only compassionate, but she gets things taken care of and follows up to be certain that it was done correctly. I was doing everything in my power to look for a new place to live and I’m strongly reconsidering staying to experience the positive changes coming to the building. She is the first good thing that has happened there is a very long time and her presence is deeply appreciated.
