Very poor living environment. Mold problems, hostile environment, steal packages & groceries, no cameras, dangerous, staff neglect issues, refuse to repair, 2 management companies 3 new managers in the last year. I am currently a resident and I do not recommend especially with children. The building smells, animals use it any where, trash pile up for weeks, it’s disgusting
Thoroughly honest review! After sometime here I thought it would be time to share not just my experiences but some of the feed back from many of the other residents here I've come across and had honest conversations with. I'm not one to post reviews but being in an industry where any feedback is helpful and sought after. My hope is that maybe Schafer Richardson Management might care about these reoccurring issues Im about to list. Michelle has been such a wonderful person to have in the office I appreciate all her help resolving any problem promptly , this is the first time I've lived in an apartment, and the property manager is friendly and takes her job seriously.!!!! Thank you!
