Someone I know lives there and the plumbing didn’t work properly, the bathroom had no flooring, for the longest time, and they treat people with disrespect They receive government funding so you would think they would have funds to repair things. Rarely is someone in the office and no one answers the phone and if they do, they hang up on you.

***WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T MOVE HERE! ALL the first-floor apartments have rats due to being on top of the underground parking garage. Heavy gnats due to trash not being taking out by residents. If you get denied moving here, be HAPPY, you literally dodge a bullet. Take these negative reviews very seriously! They think because they offer low rent, people will want to stay or rent here, but what they truly don't realize, is that it's all about QUALITY living, not the cost. I'm a hard working parent, that was denied being able to live here after they had me come in and fill out the lease, saying i was approved. and then telling me 2 days later that i made to much money to live at there complex. they say they went by the fact that the overtime i worked put me over the cap. This place is only interested in the Tax credit.
