They charged me extra first they told me it was 60 when I was done they said it was 90 I asked why then they said that’s the price pls don’t come here

Joseph retired and sold the shop but it keeps his name. None of the original staff is there anymore. Couldn't find anyone who speaks English. But if you like fades and can speak Spanish, it might be ok. Not my style.
