I couldn't be happier with my new floor. Completely transformed my house. Installers Jim & Brett were fantastic - professional, caring and willing to answer any questions we had. Joseph's Flooring is lucky to have these guys!! I would recommend them for any flooring needs you are considering - you won't be disappointed. Bought one of his more expensive rugs for 2 bedrooms. Told us they would not mat down. The good so called Christian lied to us. They were junk carpets after 6 months. Would never buy there again. They are a rip off family business.
Purchased the flooring in 2021 and the person who did the install is now retired. This was a floating floor for my kitchen. This spring we noticed the floor was lifting? We contacted Joseph's and Mr joseph himself came out and said it was because of our kitchen chairs. 1st we don't even eat in the kitchen, 2nd it was lifting in the middle of the room not even near the chairs, 3rd they refused to stand by the warranty!
