Joseph was extremely kind in organizing appointment even at last minute contact. He kindly checked our aircon and performed an accurate check. He honestly explained the next process. I hope to get our aircon regularly from him as I recommend the service that you won't regret.
It was great that they quickly visited within a short period after a friendly text consultation. I appreciated that they took off their work shoes when entering the house. It was also great that they checked the air conditioner gas and explained the correct way to use the air conditioner. I could trust them because of the fair, government-regulated pricing. If I have any issues with my air conditioner in the future, I will contact them again.
