Incredible I went to every Jewelry store in the mall first prior, not one had what I was looking for. They had it, I went in knowing what I wanted. I didn’t have to order either. Their customer service was amazing, I was looking for a rose gold chain 20 inch to replace the one I had that was damaged, and tangled from a different store.
