Called her office on March 26 at 3pm (twice) to schedule an appointment but no one answered. Decided to schedule an appointment online. I put all information for my insurance and the reason why I wanted the appointment. On March 28th they gave me a call and asked me questions related to the appointment and also information about myself and insurance provider. Dr. Mikhail has been our family physician for many years. She has ALWAYS taken the time to listen to our concerns and the best plan of care for us. She is wonderful with our special needs daughter Jalisa. You do not feel like a number when she is in the room with you. She takes her time with each and every patient, to make sure you are well cared for. Thank you Dr. Mikhail for all you do!! Lee and Jean White
This Doctor treated my mom like a number. She overwhelmed her with appointments and tests and then when my mom needed the most help after her husband died she said she would no longer take her, because she did not fulfill all of the impossible appointments she required. If I could give this doctor a zero, I would.
Dr Mikhail is very professional, personable and compassionate. She is organized and thorough with her questions and examination. Her staff are very pleasant and efficient. Rarely wait for 10-20 mins in waiting room. I’m sure she is taking care of someone that needs attention if it’s a long wait. Would highly recommend her.
