She is one of the kindest chefs that I've ever met. Her recipes are great and her use of seasonal, organic and other good sources of ingredients is exceptional. The price you pay is worth.
Jose put together a number of spectacular dinners for our extra large family gatherings. To this day they are still the most talked about events from all of our family adventures. She is absolutely the very best in delivering an unforgettable culinary experience !
I have incredible memories of our evening and Josie was a large part of making this happen. I had many ideas so she was very professional and creative and made all the foodies in our family so happy. The Birthday was super special for our family and Josie made sure I was care free to enjoy the beautiful spread and delicious food. Our guests were wowed!!! She even cleaned up perfectly, I was relaxed and care free knowing Josie was there. I can't wait to work with her and her team again!!
