My mom has been here for almost 4 years and since her move in, she's been robbed blind. 19 of her glassybabys are gone, her diamonds and sapphires, even her wedding ring! plus that "c" word Alicia who is the "director of nursing "... what a joke! she is a liar and she threatens every employee so they will lie with her! Don't EVER put a loved one in here! You'll regret it!!!
Fully committed to my husband's care from the moment we arrived yesterday. They have responded to every "could we just..." request that was made and have gone above and beyond the basics to see that all of his needs are met. Thank you - we'll be getting to know you all better!
