Excellent physician. Dr. Bongiovanni is warm, pragmatic, and very thorough. She is current on the medical literature for best practices and gives excellent recommendations. She is planning to retire this year, and I will be very sorry to lose her as a physician.
Unfortunate I can't award zero stars. The only reason I thought about staying is the support staff, they are great. I don't think I've come in contact with more of an arrogant and condescending doctor in my whole life. A medical treatment plan is between patient and doctor and should have open dialogue, not a lecture on why the patient is wrong and the doctor is almighty. Excellent experience with the doctor and nurse practitioner. However, the lab in the same building that I was referred to is painfully horrible. The Quest diagnostics lab was the absolutely worst part of the visit.
