Dr. Zemis is the best at his specialty. He listens well, answers questions, and finds solutions to fix the issue. I've had no issues with the procedures performed. The appointment scheduler does an awesome job and is very thorough. Now, the waiting area is small, and depending on the time of your appointment, you may have very little seating available. I had to wait a while in line until I got to check in with the receptionist. His location is on the top floor, so stairs and an elevator are available.

I met Dr. Zemus in the hospital, he quickly found and fixed the problem, he didn't look at me as a source to preform future procedures on. I don't want sympathy from my doctors, I do want them to listen and understan. Dr. Zemus was very profesional. I don't like what Cleveland Clinic did to the Union Hospital campus, but I hope that Dr. Zemus stays in the area.
