Very unprofessional receptionist. Doesn't return phone calls and lacks respect for Dr. Zachariah's patients. I was feeling intimidated by her to the point I made the difficult decision to seek out a new family physician in 2022. I still have elderly family in Dr. Zachariah's care and I hear the same complaints about Jennifer.
Very thorough and has excellent time management. Always listens to everything I have to say carefully before deciding on next steps. I value how empathetic Dr. Zakaria is, and his calm, professional demeanor makes a big difference during appointments.
