Almost killed me!! He was more worried about getting to his vending machine snacks than addressing the multiple runs of VTAC I had in his office and were captured on EKG. He sent me home with more meds and a monitor. In that time I was hospitalized and procedurally (ablation) treated at a different hospital. That hospital SAVED MY LIFE! I get a call weeks later from Dr. Wu’s office saying I need to come in immediately based on monitor findings. He should be disbarred. This is one of the friendliest clinics I have ever visited. All the staff have wonderful smiles and are very welcoming. Dr Wu is my number one.
The Universe gave me a surprise ‘gift’ this past Christmas in the form of a pacemaker because of my bradycardia (slow heart rate). I am 52 and a runner so it was a surprise to me that I needed one but I was lucky to have Dr. Wu as my physician. He put me at ease as soon as I met him. He is warm and he is a great communicator. The professionals at his office are also wonderful and they are very thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Wu and the Methodist Physicians South Texas Cardiovascular Consultants - San Antonio.
