Dr. Woo and his staff are the absolute best. He repaired my mitral valve, and afib. The surgery went exactly as he explained, I was in and out of the hospital in five days. No complications, no infection. He is truly a master. He has assembled the “A Team” to support him (anesthesiologist, residents, nurses, etc.). One of the most respectful and experienced heart transplant sergeant in history with 32 years of excellent job , I personally thanks Dr. Woo for my heart transplant with excellent operation.
My Dr. did a routine heart check and I found out in July that I had severe Mitral Valve regurgitation (No symptoms). I researched and discovered that Dr Woo is one of the best surgeons in the country for Mitral Valve repair. With the Mitral valve failure repairing the valve is a far superior choice than replacing it (if possible).
