I had a total knee replacement with Dr. Joseph Ward, I am so happy I did! He explained everything I needed to do prior and what I should expect after the surgery, he was very honest and upfront about everything. It has been 7 months and I feel GREAT!!! PAIN FREE!! :) Thank you to the Doctor and his wonderful staff.
THIS DOCTOR (DR.JOSEPH WARD) WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.MY APPT WAS 8:15AM DR.WARD CAME SLOWLY IN AT 8:52A.M VERY CARELESS NONCHALANT AND DRY. THE EXCUSE FOR MY WAIT WAS THERE WAS A NEW XRAY TECH. I WANTED REFERRALS TODAY AS I AM YOUNG WITH A CONDITION UNKNOWN GETTING WORSE. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I STARTED A NEW JOB AND LEFT HIM MESSAGES THAT WERE NEVER RETURNED AND HE JUST SHOOK HIS HEAD SAID HE NEVER GOT THEM AND WILL ADDRESS THEM ENDING IN A BLANK STARE. After hubbling around for 15 years from a roller blading accident it has now been 4 pain free fantastic years since Dr. Ward did my hip surgery. I gladly pass his name on to all. I mean it NO PAIN, NO DISCOMFORT in the slightest. Great Dr.!!!!!!
