Dr. Tortorich and the staff are very kind
Dr. Tortorich did my sinus surgery, but did not communicate well what would be involved, the amount of pain I would have, and the length of my recovery. He did not explain what he was saying to his scribe during my examination and the notes did not include what my treatment plan was moving forward. He may be technically proficient, but does not communicate well.
