My mom had a knee replacement done yesterday at the SBL surgical center in effingham. Every staff member we engaged with was attentive, patient, and highly communicative. I was impressed with the level of communication as they kept me updated during and after surgery. My mom felt calmed and reassured, especially by the anesthesiologist tech. I had a colonoscopy done here last year and everything went great. The staff , nurses and doctors were very professional and so nice.
Amazing team work with the staff today during a surgery. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I have traveled the states and I've never had such great experience. Keep up the amazing work!
