I've been customer for 5 years, this morning I stopped by this location to get new quotes, but I was disappointed, because the lady was on her phone talking about her personal stuff said that there no one in the office who can assist me, she doesn't asked for my phone number that she can call me later, it's not professional to treat customer this way.
