Joe totally ignored everything I told him, including my additional income sources, the down payment amount, my cash to close total and even the type of loan I wanted. He ultimately screwed up the settlement and now may cost me the earnest money deposit, in addition to all the cost of canceling the movers, etc. I curse him and his incompetence.
