I regret to share a disappointing experience with Dr. Vanderveen. From the moment we entered the office, we encountered a troubling lack of professionalism and compassion that is hard to overlook in a healthcare provider. Upon our initial interaction, Dr. Vanderveen appeared visibly annoyed as he entered the room, which set the tone for an uncomfortable and unhelpful consultation.
