I needed a 240V outlet (for EV charging) installed. The previous house owners left several double tapped breakers, and I asked Joe to fix those when coming to install the outlet. Everything was done quickly and seamlessly (I could not tell if the power was off at any time during the work). I would say the service was perfect except that they charged me for an extra breaker. I realized the error when I checked out the work later that evening -- Joe acknowledged the error and refunded the charge, so everyone is happy now.

The electrical system in my house was failing. My appliances weren’t working, my lights were flickering including my air conditioner I was recommended to Mr Rinaldi by my home insurance company. Tonight at around 9pm my electric oven would not turn off and it began to smoke from behind the stove. My brother called a few electricians and eventually called Joseph Rinaldi who was driving at the time, he pulled over and explained how to turn off the stove from the circuit breaker. Mr Rinaldi does not do appliance repair, but he was willing to help us prevent an electrical fire and even recommended an appliance repairman.
