I think that Dr. Turner is a great Physician. Dr. Turner is my primary care physician and he's a great listener, explains things well, and I feel he does the right thing for his patients. A doctor that listens and takes his/her time is extremely important to me. Staff have always been very friendly and responsive. It's easy to access their patient portal for lab results, messages and appointment information.
Great doctor, but horrible policies. Needed a refill for my albuterol inhaler that I've had for more than 20 years and they refuse to refill without an appointment. Considering the timing of a lapse of health insurance they still would not allow a refill without an expensive pointless visit. Don't waste your time with an office that doesn't care about your wellbeing.
