We had my 2011 BMW 128i in for replaced windshield and body work. We dealt with Joey Reese …. Very nice young man. Kind respectful and knowledgeable! Excellent customer service… from start to finish! I’ve been going there for well over 20 years for ANY body repairs… HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Easy drop off and pick up. My cars screen was busted and needed to be replaced. Office is at the far side of the building, which can be confusing. I was told it would take a week and it was done just two days later. They also cleaned up my car a bit it seems as the floor mats were definitely cleaner. Would definitely recommend. They were communicative and transparent.
Professional, friendly, and top star service. They even have a deal with enterprise to bring you a rental car and return it for you. What a pleasure to deal with such a proficient repair shop.
Honestly I feel like this place is a waste of time. Got into an accident and progressive told me to take my truck to this shop how they can get me in sooner because they were a partner shop. Took 2.5 weeks to get my truck in just to be turned away the morning of. Due to asking for a formal estimate prior to any work done on the car.
