I think it's disrespectful the work they do with the new cars I brought my new Toyota Corolla cross to have all the broken parts changed and what they did was arrange them if some new and others old, the hood was left unsquared apart from the rear protector of the engine they did not change it which was left with broken parts. It took more than a month when they told me that they would have it ready in 2 weeks which was never true. I got the front bumper of car fixed here per insurance recommendation. The workers are extremely kind and my car was fixed quickly. When I picked up my car, it was washed and detailed inside which has never happened with any other car shop I’ve been to! This was a wonderful surprise and they did great work.
In general, I would not recommend this place to have your car repaired. The quality of work leaves much to be desired. I had my 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid repaired here after I was rear ended, the rear light had a visible chip on it after they repaired it. Fast forward a couple years later, my roommate had his 2026 Toyota Corolla repaired here. The first repair was such poor quality. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a tailgate and new door handle. They completely hacked up my interior door with a screw driver and didn’t even put the door trim back on correctly. They didn’t put the door handle on correctly. They quoted me around 1000 to get a new tailgate and paint when I went in to pick the truck up they handed me a new quote at around 2000 dollars. Experience was great from drop off to pick up. My truck looks amazing and every person I spoke to was polite and helpful.
