Service was great. The only problem was in finding this well tucked away gem.
In my 40 years of owning cars this is the worst place I have ever dealt with. My reviews keep getting taken down somehow, but I will keep writing them to warn everybody to NEVER GO TO JOSPEH COLISSION in Colerain. Manager only cares about getting as many cars in and out of his shop as he can. If you chose to go here you better look your car over real good before you drive away because my 90 year old neighbor does better body work than these guys, an he has Parkison's and retired from car work 30 years ago.
Avoid this place. They consolidate the work for all of their dealerships at this one shop and they do not care about quality work. Would not recommend!!! Took full payment up we received from insurance up front and took ten days to complete a simple bumper job and they painted color that was very clearly not the same as the rest of the vehicle. When they pulled up with the car to get our signature for approval we noticed before it was even parked that they had installed a bumper and the other panels near it in the wrong colo... read more
One star. I do not recommend using Joseph Collison for work on your Toyota.
