It is absolutely ridiculous that I called the office last week to make an appt and they tell me it’s all booked for last week to go on zocdoc and make an appt as a new pt for next week (as in this week) I make the appt. My appt was today at 9:30am I go in the office doors closed. I knock and the lady comes out telling me that office is closed. The doctor is on vacation.
