Very very very lousy practice. Appointment with Dr Vitale Jr was good. However, it's all downhill from there. His office will NEVER reach out to pharmacy for refill approvals but will lie and say that they did. My refills have always been delayed everytime because of these people who are in providing care business, but have ZERO care for the well being of their patients. I was looking for a human-being who happens to be a doctor. It is my experience that in order to be a good doctor you must first be a good, caring human being. I happen to chose Dr. Vitale Jr. to see for my annual physical/blood work and script for mammogram. My appointment was on 3/18/2025. I kept my appointment. I was not pleased with the visit as he refused to have my previous medical chart faxed to his office so he could have something to compare my blood work to. Dr Vitale and his 3 children are all Drs and they all deserve a 5 star. My family has been seeing Dr Vitale Sr for over 40 years, alongside Dr Mary Vitale. The entire family practice is amazing, compassionate and caring. Dr Vitale Sr can diagnose you just based on your complaints! The staff has longevity and most have been there since I was a kid.
