Impossible to get a call back. I’ve been a patient for about 3 years. Have only seen a PA. I was there a year ago and now need to schedule an annual appointment. I’m now on my 4th attempt to make the appointment through an answering service. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks. I guess I’ll have to move on before I die of old age! 😂
After years of going to this office I have to give it up. The answering service is a level of frustration that isn't acceptable. Get an AI service that can at least take down your information better than the people they have who need to you repeat the spelling of your name 3 times etc. I just need a call back to cancel my husbands appt. because I am trying to be thoughtful of the office not having a no show. I'm a retired firefighter with healh issues and its been difficult to find a doctor that will take worker's compenation. I was hospitalized for two days and it wasn't until Dr. Terrazzino determined that I had sepsis and treated me accordingly. Dr T does a thorough examination and rules out any other health issues. Recently I've had severe pain issues return from my work injuries and Kristin spent the time with me finding new solutions and doctors. I'm grateful for her help.
This guy just disappeared and feel asleep in the break room. left my wife for 14 hr with not showing up. Just need his signature for discharge and he's sleeping.
Dr. T and Kristin are always supportive.
