When he came over to give me an estimate on painting my ceilings, he told me the price. I agreed to it and he arrived when he said he would. That was the extent of the conversation. The day he "completed" the work he came to my office for payment and said he "gets paid when the job is done." Reluctantly I paid him as I had not seen the work.
