This idiot nearly killed me
Met the Dr. On 10/1/2016... First he walks in the examining room without my chart, 2. He walks in asking me why I'm there, so I start explaining, & he cuts me off to tell me what's wrong with me... 'mimd you without examining me' then when he is done says OK what's next... At this point I was looking at my husband in disbelief... This man ask me no questions, wrote down no notes.... & The whole 9 min he was in there he was rushing to get out.... Very poor ... Never again.
