Bought a car from Shane at Joseph Sutton a few months back and his service was amazing! The car was a reasonable price and Shane wasn't pushy at all, overall it was such an easy and pressure free process. When I got the car home there was an issue with the windows, I phoned Shane and he said they would fix it for free. Honest garge no hard sale. Friendly gave me keys to have a look on my own. Great communication car is lovely hoping I wont need to contact for anything apart from extending warranty. Car lovely and clean lots of paperwork. One happy customer. Thank you and will be back in the future
Honest and trustworthy business, not typical pushy car salesmen at all. Shane was helpful and amenable and went over and above to deliver a great service including pre-sale MOT & service and honouring any issues found . Top condition vehicle and great service. Highly recommended.
I bought a car from Joe after mine unexpectedly had to go to the big scrap heap in the sky. From the outset the customer service was fab. I was not pushed to stretch my budget, all my questions were answered honestly and I was not talked down to be my a woman which is in itself a rare experience when dealing with cars!
