We needed our popcorn ceilings removed and had been putting it off for several years. We always get a few estimates when having major jobs done and while Joseph Stevens and Sons bid wasn't the cheapest, other companies charged considerably more. These folks did an excellent job. They were prompt and professional in their work. We're really pleased with the results and highly recommend them.

Popcorn removed and knock down installed. Ceilings are cracking and falling down off ceiling . I’ve reached out to them and they say they are coming to fix but never show or call . Then stopped answering the phone.

I received a quote back in February for popcorn ceiling removal.When the time came for me to schedule an appointment, I was told to call one gentleman directly. He did not answer so I left a voicemail. No return call. Called the main number again, left a message. No return call.Third time, no return call. Extremely disappointed because they seemed to be on top of things.Why am I chasing down a business to try and give them business?
