Tried to hire him to help with a lease agreement change, he advised me not to fight it until i'm getting charged enough to make it a financial burden and then hung up on me because I got emotional that I don't want to change my lease and don't want to wait to fight it. He stated "sorry I bothered to try" when he didn't bother even making an argument for me. Thanks for wasting my time I guess? Don't ignore the bad reviews for a reason :)
